Thank you for booking with us! Here are some things to keep in mind… All deposits are non-refundable. While we don’t offer refunds, your happiness is super important to us! If something isn’t quite right, just let us know within 3 days and we’ll gladly make it right. We pour our heart into every service, and we want you to walk away feeling amazing about the results! BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY A non-refundable deposit is required prior to booking all appointments and is applied toward the service total. Deposits must be paid through the booking site unless the next appointment is pre-scheduled in person, in which case cash is accepted. Deposits are non-refundable. A 48-hour notice is required to reschedule. Rescheduling within 48 hours is treated as a cancellation. One (1) reschedule per deposit is permitted. Any additional reschedule will require rebooking with a new deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a charge of 100% of the remaining service total, charged to the card on file the day of cancellation. Failure to pay required fees will result in loss of booking privileges. Please notify us if you will be late. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. At 11 minutes late, a $15 late fee applies. At 15 minutes late, the appointment is a NO SHOW and subject to applicable fees. Booking an appointment constitutes acceptance of these terms. Please No Guest, they will have to wait in the Lobby.
